At any given moment, I'm working on a project of some kind. This page is an attempt to categorize these
endeavours which span from the mundane to the insane. Usually my projects are of a
programming or web nature, but sometimes I'll be working on something a little more exciting
which include electronic or mechanical projects.

When we decided to buy a larger aquarium to replace our tiny 20 Gallon tank, we ran into a snag: all of the
tank stands that we found were either really cheaply made or ridiculously expensive. We decided we could do a better job
ourselves for the cost of materials and a couple of weekends.

This little gizmo was the fruits of a quiet evening's worth of labour. Ultimately
it succeeded in blasting small slugs through a target of masking tape which is actually quite impressive
for a coil gun of this size!

I began designing this prototype weather station with my friend Darren as part of
the plan of the Vancouver Weather Page. These little beauties consume a minute amount of power yet can
run unattended indefinately continually reporting back live weather conditions year around.

I haven't yet found the time to put earlier projects online, but I will as time and availability
permits. Unfortunately, a large number of early projects were documented poorly and most weren't photographed, so
I will probably be unable to post details on these. I will do my best though!
