A powerful sauce that captures both the awesome flavor and heat of Habaneros, this sauce's bold smokey flavor is not for the faint of heart. It works well in or on almost anything, but is definately most suited to meats, lending a spark and a shot of flavor to your favorite dishes. Splash it on bland foods to bring them to life in a way you could never imagine. Very highly recommended! Two thumbs up!

Byron Bay Spicy Sweet Chilli Sauce With Lemongrass |

From the Byron Bay Chilli Co. in Australia comes this thick, chunky, sweet and slightly spicy hot sauce. Like the other Byron Bay sauces I've tried, this sauce impresses me. It's bursting with flavor, and the heat level is fairly low which is good news for those who dislike the brutal heat level of some other sauces. It also comes in a larger bottle which is good news because it's so delicious, it goes quickly. I find that the whole chilli seeds and flakes contribute to the flavor, but some people don't like sauces whith whole seeds so if that applies to you, you've been warned. Other than that however, this sauce is fantastic. Due to it's slightly sticky nature, it tends to cling to otherwise troublesome foods but honestly, it works really well on pretty much anything you douse it on. Another awesome sauce from Byron Bay Chilli Co!

This sauce's interesting flavour makes for yet another fantastic hot sauce from Denzel, this time with a hint of sesame oil for just enough of a unique taste that will unquestionably delight the discerning chilihead. If you like heat, and I mean a serious overload of that sweet, sweet Habanero goodness, and you're looking for something with a different taste, give this baby a try. Drizzle on stir fry's, vegetables, rice or meats; try it on Tuna salad or in wraps, on a sub, in your sandwich, pour it into soup, lather it on wings, blend it into pastas or your favourite sauces or salsas.. the list goes on. Try it, I bet you'll like it.

This is an unusual hot sauce that we picked up on a trip through BC recently. I'm always a fan of local hot sauces and this is another excellent product of the high-quality fruits and vegetables of the region. One of the primary attributes of this sauce is a sweet but peppery flavor with just enough heat and a good, long burn that stucks with you throughout your meal. I haven't experienced the ramifications of consuming this sauce as the label implied, however, the flavor is excellent and it works with every food I tried it with. Definately a quality sauce, and despite the ominous warnings, it's actually mild enough to be enjoyed by most anyone. Another highly recommended sauce!

An unusal sauce with an overload of taste and plenty respect-demanding heat, Micanopy provides a massive flavor injection for your favorite foods. It makes an excellent dipping sauce straight from the bottle, perfect for steaks and chicken dishes. Very delicious and very highly recommended!

A deep, rich habanero flavour and almost unbearable heat dominates this deliciously painful sauce, with subtle inflections of the garlic and spices that provide a thoroughly satisfying attribute that can truly be appreciated by chili lovers. My only point of concern with this otherwise flawless hot sauce is the slightly runny consistency and hint of vinegar; however, it's certainly not a detriment to it's true flavour. Very hot, very tasty, and highly addictive! Very highly recommended!! Two thumbs up!

This has to be one of the most versatile hot sauces in existance. It works with practically anything. Be it steak, burgers, pasta, hot dogs, salads, soups, stews, pizza or even a cheese sandwich, this sauce lends a huge flavor boost to whatever you can apply it to. The chipotle flavor is wonderful and the sauce is spicy, but not too hot; which means you can liberally douse your favourite foods without needing a flame retardant. Highly recommended!

A very hot sauce, consuming even a small amount is akin to shoving a red hot branding iron down one's throat. And while it exhibits a distinct vinegar-based taste, the habanero flavour does eventually come through; however, that's the only real downside I can find. One thing I've noticed about this sauce is that the heat doesn't hang around forever like it does with many other sauces; you can take a quick break and the heat fades quickly; this makes it particularly well-suited for brushing on wings or other meats. My favourite use for this sauce it to throw a little into salsa to give it an edge - or a lot if you lilke making enemies of your guests... well, I suppose that all depends on what kind of guests you have. While this sauce certainly doesn't quite live up to it's name, or the slogan "beyond hot" that it displays on the bottle, this is definately a recommended sauce that will keep you coming back for more.
